Due to the nature of our work we are always looking for technical geniuses who can think outside the box and bring something new to the team and at the same time are highly selective in who the next member of the BiggChain family will be, all of our team members are requested to go through technical and psychometric testing and are interviewed with most members of the team who have an input into your success in joining us.

Salary sacrifice for child care vouchers
We offer Salary sacrifice for childcare vouchers, pension, bike to work and health. The way it works is this – you choose to sacrifice some of your salary for one of the benefits you need, and you will get the vouchers tax free. For example - if you want £200 of childcare vouchers a month, your salary will be reduced by £200 so you will pay less tax and national insurance too. Then you can choose where to spend those vouchers.
You will be entitled to your 25 days holiday a year in addition to the bank holidays but you may want more.
At BiggChain we want you to be refreshed and ready to work and if that means a bit more time off, then we will try everything we can to make it happen. If you have the travel bug, or if you just need a bit more than the standard 20 days holiday a year, let us know and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

The great thing about being based in the creative heart of Brighton is that we have grown to appreciate the buzzing bars and restaurants just a stone’s throw from our office.
